General Objective

To identify the training needs of faculty members in the field of academic accreditation, and to coordinate with competent authorities—both within and outside the university—to implement them.

Tasks:

• Identifying the training needs of faculty members at the university.
• Preparing the annual training plan.
• Preparing activity plans for the Deanship Agency and following up on their implementation after approval.
• Preparing periodic reports on the activities and achievements of the Deanship Development Agency.
• Participating in developing the knowledge and capabilities of faculty members and improving their professional readiness through training programs.
• Any other tasks assigned within the scope of specialization.
