Message from the Vice Dean for Development
In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. All praise is due to Allah, Lord of the worlds, and may peace and blessings be upon the noblest of prophets and messengers, our master Muhammad, his family, and all his companions.
It is my pleasure to welcome you to the official website of the Vice Deanship for Development at the Deanship of Development and Quality - a platform through which we seek to highlight the Vice Deanship's vision and mission, and to showcase our initiatives in the fields of institutional development and human capability building.
At the Vice Deanship for Development, we place sustainability and performance enhancement at the forefront of our priorities. The Vice Deanship dedicates its efforts through its various units to fostering excellence in university work. We also place the highest priority on developing the capabilities of university staff through specialized training programs designed on the basis of a careful study of actual training needs, ensuring improved performance and the achievement of the desired national and university objectives.
Our methodology is built on integration with relevant entities to provide a rich training environment encompassing academic, research, and administrative domains, alongside soft skills, with the aim of instilling a culture of creativity, positive competition, and the dissemination of the concepts of quality and continuous development. Our role is not limited to training alone — we are committed to measuring the impact of these programs and their effectiveness in improving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), embodying the principles of sustainable improvement.
In closing, your suggestions and opinions are the fuel of our journey of excellence, and we always welcome them so that together we may reach the highest standards of academic and administrative quality. May Allah grant us success.
