The Development vice deanship works through its diverse units on sustainable development, continuously striving to achieve excellence in all areas of work within the university. We place great emphasis on developing all university staff through effective programs that meet the training needs of various sectors, ensuring that they perform their roles efficiently and effectively.

The Development vice deanship also seeks to identify the training needs of university staff in academic and research activities, as well as administrative and life skills, including personal development. We coordinate with relevant departments inside and outside the university to provide the necessary training programs. Furthermore, we focus on developing the skills of university staff, promoting a spirit of competition and creativity, and fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement across the university. Our ultimate goal is to enhance efficiency and develop capabilities to provide an exceptional educational, research, and administrative environment. We are committed to continuously measuring the effectiveness of training and its impact on improving performance indicators across various university functions.

General Objective
To identify the training needs of faculty members in the field of academic accreditation and coordinate with the relevant bodies, both inside and outside the university, to provide them. Additionally, to develop the skills of university staff, promote a spirit of competition and creativity among them, and contribute effectively to spreading and reinforcing a culture of quality and continuous development across the university.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare the vice deanship's activity plans and follow up on their implementation after approval.
  • Participate in building and developing systems to measure and determine the quality of services provided by the university and the efficiency and effectiveness of performance, ensuring their implementation.
  • Participate in identifying the training needs of Deanship staff and recommending appropriate training programs.
  • Prepare periodic reports on the agency’s development activities, achievements, and proposals for performance improvement.
  • Participate in enhancing the knowledge and capabilities of faculty members and improving their professional readiness through training programs.
  • Any other tasks assigned within the scope of responsibility.
