  • Collaborating with the University's Warehouse Department to operate and maintain the Deanship's warehouse, ensuring adequate stock and adherence to approved rules and procedures.
  • Coordinating with the Deanship of Human Resources regarding staff working hour monitoring.
  • Meeting the organizational units' needs within the Deanship by managing items stored in the warehouse, ensuring no surpluses or shortages.
  • Collaborating with the Department of Transportation and Movement to provide transportation services for all organizational units within the Deanship.
  • Cooperating with the Documents and Archives Center to collect, organize, and preserve the Deanship's documents and archives, ensuring their accessibility and protection by the established system and regulations.
  • Collaborating with the University's Center for Communication and Media regarding public relations and media initiatives within the Deanship.
  • Preparing the deanship's news, scientific, and media topics for publication in coordination with the University's Center for Communication and Information.
  • Monitoring and documenting news related to the Deanship.
  • Creating a contact information guide for Deanship staff.
  • Receiving visitors from various organizational Units within the University.
  • Participating in identifying human resources, equipment, and materials needs and monitoring their fulfilment.
  • Participating in determining the training needs of management staff and recommending appropriate training programs.
  • Preparing periodic reports on department activities, achievements, and proposals for performance improvement.
  • Any other tasks assigned to the admiration.
