Main objective: provide administrative and financial services while coordinating with different units of the University, ensuring efficient and streamlined operations that benefit all employees of the Deanship.
Missions:
- Implementing plans and programs approved by the Deanship of Quality.
- Adhering to all financial and administrative rules, regulations, and instructions applicable to the University.
- Supervising the implementation of administrative and financial activities within the Deanship to ensure efficient execution.
- Implementing and evaluating various work programs of the Deanship in the Financial and Administrative aspects.
- Collaborating with the Department of Financial Planning and Budget to prepare the Deanship's draft budget.
- Facilitating all Financial and Accounting operations of the Deanship in accordance with relevant regulations.
- Applying specific procedures for receiving, directing, transferring, and distributing incoming and outgoing correspondence in coordination with the University's Documents and Archives Center.
- Coordinating with the University's Purchasing Department to fulfil the Deanship's material, equipment, and service needs.
- Collaborating with the University's Warehouse Department to operate and maintain the Deanship's warehouse, ensuring adequate stock and adherence to approved rules and procedures.
- Coordinating with the Deanship of Human Resources regarding staff working hour monitoring.
- Meeting the organizational units' needs within the Deanship by managing items stored in the warehouse, ensuring no surpluses or shortages.
- Collaborating with the Department of Transportation and Movement to provide transportation services for all organizational units within the Deanship.
- Cooperating with the Documents and Archives Center to collect, organize, and preserve the Deanship's documents and archives, ensuring their accessibility and protection by the established system and regulations.
- Collaborating with the University's Center for Communication and Media regarding public relations and media initiatives within the Deanship.
- Preparing the deanship's news, scientific, and media topics for publication in coordination with the University's Center for Communication and Information.
- Monitoring and documenting news related to the Deanship.
- Creating a contact information guide for Deanship staff.
- Receiving visitors from various organizational Units within the University.
- Participating in identifying human resources, equipment, and materials needs and monitoring their fulfilment.
- Participating in determining the training needs of management staff and recommending appropriate training programs.
- Preparing periodic reports on department activities, achievements, and proposals for performance improvement.
- Any other tasks assigned to the admiration.
