General objective

To support and assist all academic programs in obtaining program accreditation from the National Center for Academic Evaluation and Accreditation (NCAAA), or from recognized international accreditation bodies.

Tasks:

• Overseeing academic program accreditation for all programs across the university's colleges.
• Participating in the preparation of timelines for academic programs applying for national and international program accreditations.
• Coordinating between the various college programs of the university and the National Center for Academic Evaluation and Accreditation (NCAAA) for the purpose of meeting accreditation and program accreditation requirements.
• Supervising, following up on, and coordinating review and evaluation procedures to ensure programs fulfill the eligibility requirements for academic program accreditation.
• Supervising, following up on, and coordinating review and evaluation procedures to ensure programs meet accreditation conditions.
• Preparing progress reports on the status of academic program accreditation.
• Preparing periodic reports on the unit's activities, achievements, and performance improvement proposals.
