General Objective

The unit seeks to build and manage an integrated electronic system to support institutional and program academic accreditation in collaboration with relevant university departments, and to digitally monitor and track quality activities — thereby contributing to improved performance efficiency, standardization of work procedures, and facilitating data-driven decision-making.

Tasks

• Designing and implementing digital platforms via Excel Online, with data and documents hosted on Microsoft OneDrive. These platforms aim to provide comprehensive technical and administrative support, enabling precise monitoring and scheduling of tasks and documents required for both institutional and program academic accreditation.
• Overseeing the design and development of an integrated electronic quality assurance system for Northern Border University to manage all development and quality operations at the university level, in collaboration with the Information Technology Department to implement the project and integrate it as a core component of the university's official website.
• Overseeing the technical development follow-up of the electronic system, and systematically coordinating with the Information Technology Department to update its features and enhance its functional efficiency, in alignment with emerging requirements and in pursuit of continuous improvement and development principles.
• Managing and operating the electronic academic accreditation system and its supporting systems, ensuring fulfillment of the National Center for Academic Evaluation and Accreditation (NCAAA) requirements, and reinforcing compliance with quality, institutional, and program accreditation standards.
• Coordinating with academic and administrative bodies to continuously update data and ensure information integration across various units.
• Supporting digital transformation pathways in the field of quality and accreditation, including the introduction of advanced analytics tools and artificial intelligence to improve the effectiveness of monitoring, evaluation, and report generation.
• Any other tasks assigned within the scope of specialization.
