Praise be to Allah, Lord of the worlds, who says in the Holy Quran: "And say, Do as you will, for Allah will see your deeds, and so will His Messenger and the believers." Quran. Peace and blessings be upon the unlettered and trustworthy Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him, who said: "Verily, Allah loves that when anyone of you does a job he should perfect it." May the finest peace and blessings be upon him.

As the University strives for institutional excellence and seeks to enhance the quality of its educational outcomes, the Vice Deanship for Quality Assurance plays a pivotal role in supporting the academic and administrative work system at both the programmatic and institutional levels. The Vice Deanship works to foster a culture of quality and implement its standards in ways that contribute to enhancing performance efficiency and improving teaching and learning practices in accordance with the best recognized standards. This is achieved through periodic review and continuous monitoring of academic programs, units, and institutional sectors.

The Vice Deanship also encourages the development of academic practices within academic programs, contributing to the enhancement of learning outcomes and the advancement of the quality of the educational process. In addition, it supports assessment and measurement activities, the development of assessment tools, and the analysis of their results, thereby contributing to greater accuracy in evaluating academic and institutional performance. The Vice Deanship further works to motivate institutional sectors to improve their performance by establishing and developing performance measurement systems and implementing continuous improvement plans, thereby ensuring integration between the academic and institutional dimensions.

In fulfilment of its responsibilities, the Vice Deanship is committed to building effective partnerships with the University's various academic and institutional sectors and strengthening integration among them. It also seeks to promote a culture of quality, adopt best practices in quality assurance, and sustain positive practices, thereby contributing positively to the University's outcomes and enhancing its competitiveness.

In conclusion, we affirm that achieving quality is a shared responsibility that requires the concerted efforts of all and teamwork at every level. We ask Allah for guidance and success in fulfilling our University's aspirations for leadership and excellence.

General Objective

 Assisting the Dean in managing quality and accreditation processes within the female students section, contributing to enhancing the quality of educational outcomes, and ensuring the implementation of continuous development and improvement procedures.

Tasks

• Preparing the activity plans of the Vice Deanship for the Female Students Section and following up on their implementation after approval.
• Preparing periodic reports on the Vice Deanship's activities, achievements, and proposals for performance improvement.
• Participating in proposing plans and projects necessary to fulfill quality assurance and academic accreditation standards, reviewing the necessary regulatory and procedural bylaws, and working on their implementation.
• Participating in the design, development, and review of quality assurance and continuous improvement programs for all activities undertaken by the university.
• Participating in planning, coordinating, and implementing the tasks necessary to fulfill all requirements of quality-related bodies across all university activities.
• Participating in building and developing systems to measure and determine the quality of services provided by the university, the efficiency and effectiveness of performance, and their application.
• Participating in identifying performance indicators for all Deanship-related activities, and continuously reviewing and developing them.
• Participating in proposing, organizing, and holding meetings, seminars, and conferences specialized in quality assurance and the development of university education.
• Participating in disseminating awareness of the concept of quality and its performance through holding meetings, sessions, seminars, and workshops specialized in this field.
• Participating in identifying the needs for human resources, equipment, and materials, and following up on their provision.
• Participating in identifying the training needs of the Vice Deanship's staff to nominate them for suitable training programs.
• Performing any other tasks assigned to the Vice Deanship within the scope of its specialization.
