General Objective
To assist the Dean in executing quality assurance and academic accreditation activities across the university in all relevant areas.

 

Responsibilities

  • Prepare the vice deanship's activity plans and follow up on their implementation after approval.
  • Assist the Dean in administrative and technical supervision of the organizational units linked to the Deanship, ensuring coordination and integration of their activities and maximizing the use of available resources.
  • Participate in proposing plans and projects to meet quality assurance and academic accreditation standards, reviewing the required regulatory and procedural policies, and ensuring their implementation.
  • Participate in the design, development, and review of quality assurance programs and continuous improvement for all university activities.
  • Contribute to the development of systems for measuring and determining the quality of services provided by the university, evaluating performance efficiency, and ensuring their implementation.
  • Represent the university in communications with local and international academic accreditation bodies.
  • Participate in proposing, organizing, and holding meetings, seminars, and conferences focused on quality assurance and the development of higher education.
  • Participate in planning, coordinating, and implementing tasks necessary to meet all requirements set by bodies related to quality for all university activities.
  • Promote awareness of the concept of quality and its application through organizing meetings, workshops, seminars, and specialized training sessions.
  • Contribute to identifying performance indicators for all activities related to the Deanship and continuously review and develop them.
  • Assist in determining human resource, equipment, and material needs and ensure their provision.
  • Identify the training needs of agency staff and recommend appropriate training programs.
  • Prepare periodic reports on the agency’s activities, achievements, and proposals for performance improvement.
  • Any other tasks assigned within the scope of responsibility.
