Message from the Dean of Development and Quality
In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. All praise is due to Allah, Lord of the worlds, and may peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and all his companions.
It is my pleasure to welcome you to the official website of the Deanship of Development and Quality, which represents one of the cornerstones in the journey of institutional excellence and in achieving the university's strategic aspirations toward leadership at the local, regional, and global levels.
The Deanship of Development and Quality operates on a firm conviction that quality is not a transitional objective, but rather a sustainable institutional culture and an integrated approach whose impact extends across all aspects of the educational, research, community service, and administrative processes.
From this standpoint, the Deanship works to consolidate the principles of comprehensive quality and to implement the finest international practices in the fields of academic and institutional accreditation, thereby ensuring distinguished educational outcomes that meet the aspirations of the nation and the requirements of the labor market.
The Deanship is committed to building an integrated framework for continuous development, founded upon effective strategic planning, institutional performance measurement, indicator analysis, and the enhancement of operational efficiency — all of which contribute to elevating performance and achieving efficiency across the various sectors of the university.
The Deanship also places significant emphasis on developing human capabilities through specialized training programs, workshops, and development initiatives directed at faculty and administrative staff, in the conviction that the human element is both the focus and the primary instrument of development.
The Deanship supports both institutional and programmatic academic accreditation initiatives at the university, strengthening the readiness of colleges and departments to obtain local and international accreditations by providing technical and advisory support, and by monitoring the implementation of quality standards in line with the latest international frameworks.
